LOCAL: Coffee Memorial Blood Center has declared an emergency blood shortage and are asking donors of all blood types to donate. Our Blood Institute is especially in need of O-negative and B-negative blood types as the O-negative supply was down to just 65 units on Monday. Donations can be made daily at CMBC, 7500 Wallace Blvd., in Amarillo. Donors who give through tomorrow will be entered into a drawing to win two tickets to Monday’s World Cup match between Austria and Argentina in Arlington……Vendor registration is closed for this weekend’s 10th Annual DadFest.
