They’ll work through a 17-item agenda that includes rezoning requests and a budget workshop for the next fiscal year among the items. He worked seasonally at the D&J Gin in Lockney. He died on Thursday in Kress……Funeral services for Joan Rogers Bookout Allsup, age 84, are Friday at 10:00 at St. Johns United Methodist Church, in Richmond.
