Jim’s winning stories were: “Trout Fishing goes in Circles,” “Historic Garcia Lake is a Wet Playa Again,” and “Does Expecting a Limit Lead to Disappointment?” ……Deaf Smith County officials lifted the Burn Ban in Deaf Smith County this morning.
