LOCAL: Deaf Smith County 4H named Johan Grotegut, Josef Grotegut and Valori Porter as recipients of this year’s Jim Marsh Memorial Scholarship. Johan Grotegut will receive $10,000, Josef will receive $7,500 and Valori will receive $1,200. The scholarship is funded by raffle ticket sales for a trailer each year at the Hereford Livestock Show……Our Blood Institute and Coffee Memorial Blood Center are offering an extra incentive for blood donations through the end of the month.
