The regular session is at the Deaf Smith County Courthouse and the meeting is open to the public……Funeral services for Arnold Artho, age 74, are tomorrow at 10:30 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church. Arnie was a lifelong Hereford resident and was a longtime Deaf Smith County employee. Arnie was an accomplished woodworker and loved spending time with his grandchildren. Vigil/Rosary is this evening at 6:00 at the church……Funeral services for Kathryn Musser, age 80, are Saturday at 10:00 at the Central Church of Christ. Kathryn was a lifelong Hereford resident and 1963 HHS grad. She volunteered at the Hereford Hospital Auxiliary for the last 15 years. Visitation is Friday from 6:00-8:00 at Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home.
