Polo was a jack of all trades and enjoyed working with his hands. He died on Monday in Hereford…… Funeral services for Cathy Layman, age 74, are Monday at 10:00 at Frio Country Fellowship Church. Visitation is Sunday from 5:00-6:00 at Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home. Cathy was a longtime Hereford resident and is remembered for her compassionate spirit, caring nature, supportive presence and generous heart. She died on Monday in Hereford……Funeral services for Fidel Ortiz, age 78, are tomorrow at 11:00 at St. Anthony Catholic Church. Viewing is today from 2:00-8:00 at Mendez and Mullins.
