The meeting is open to the public……Funeral services for Debra “Debbie” Vaughn, age 72, are Thursday at 10:00 at the Hereford Church of the Nazarene. Debbie was a lifelong Hereford resident and is remembered as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother……Funeral services for Mary Lou Garcia, age 68, are tomorrow at 2:00 at San Jose Catholic Church. Visitation is today from 4:00-8:00 at Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home. Mary Lou was a lifelong Hereford resident and worked at Hereford Cleaners then as a dietician for Kings Manor. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren. Mary Lou died on Sunday in Amarillo……KPAN recorded .05 inch of rain this morning in downtown Hereford.
