LOCAL: You Do Matter Suicide Awareness and Freedom Recovery will hold their 5th Annual Easter Egg Hunt, tomorrow at 3:00 at Dameron Park. Events begin at 10:00 in the park and pictures with the Easter Bunny will follow the egg hunt at 3:45. It’s a free event……HISD Board of Trustees meet in a special session Monday afternoon at 5:00 at the Administration Building. They’ll work through a 6-item agenda that includes a possible appointment to the vacant seat for Precinct 2. Trustee Jeff Blackmon held the seat before submitting his resignation letter in February. The term is set to expire in 2027. The meeting is open to the public……Funeral services for William “Bill” Allen, age 91, are Tuesday at 12:00 at Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home. Bill was a former longtime Hereford resident and longtime Certified Public Accountant. He died on December 17, in Cedar Park……Funeral services for Tyler and Lores Teters, age 40 and 92, are today at 2:00 at the Hereford Church of the Nazarene……KPAN will have live coverage from Lady Whiteface Field this afternoon when Hereford takes on Dumas. The second half of district play begins today for the 2-5 Lady Herd. First pitch is set for 4:30……Hereford beat Dumas in a rescheduled district baseball game yesterday afternoon, 9-6.
