LOCAL: The Bootleg Mesonet site recorded an additional .97 inch of rain this morning which brings the 48-hour total to 1.7 inches in southwestern Deaf Smith County. Other 24-hour-totals to note included .33 inch of rain at Adrian, .19 at Endee, .09 inch at Vega and .06 of an inch at both Dimmitt and Friona. Rain chances continue again today favoring the western ¼ of the Panhandle.
