LOCAL: A multi-state, joint one-day enhanced enforcement operation is underway today focusing on Move Over or Slow Down laws. Texas Troopers will have an increased presence on roadways today focused on drivers violating the law. It requires drivers to change lanes or slow down to at least 20 mph below the posted speed limit for emergency vehicles with lights activated……HISD will present a program tomorrow on the availability of federal services for eligible private-non-profit schools, and non-profit home schools located within the district’s boundaries.
