The event begins at the Clovis Community College, Room 101, for registration and the morning session at 9:30 MST. After lunch a tour to a restored playa near Texico is planned to get a first-hand look at restoration work. She died Thursday in Hereford……Funeral services for Emeregildo “E.P.” Rodriguez, age 77, are Friday at 2:00 at San Jose Catholic Church. Visitation is today from 4:00-8:00 at Mendez and Mullins. E.P. had a lifelong passion for music and played trumpet in several Tejano bands. He died on Friday……Funeral services for Rebecca Bermea Constancio, age 88, are tomorrow at 10:30 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church. Rebecca was a longtime Friona resident and currently lived in Hereford. She was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking and baking for her family. Viewing is today from 4:00-6:00 at Parkside Chapel Funeral Home.
