Sibling Johan had two Reserve Champ finishes in the Junior Show and the Open Show……The Herd fell to the Eagles last night in the district finale, 64-60. Ethan Gonzales was Hereford’s leading scorer with 17-points on the night and the defensive effort was spearheaded by Brylyn Lopez. Hereford and Canyon finish the district campaign tied at 7-7 and a split series. They’ll play again tomorrow evening in Bushland for the final 4-4A playoff spot at 6:00……The #12 Texas Tech Red Raiders will host the Arizona State Sun Devils in BigXII action in Lubbock tonight.
