Kickoff is set for 6:00 and KPAN AM-FM will have live coverage with pre-game programs beginning at 5:20 this afternoon……The Deaf Smith County Hospital District Board of Directors will meet for a 12-item agenda at 5:30 today at HRMC……Funeral services for Mike Gallagher, age 83, are Saturday at 10:00 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church. Mike worked at Plains New Holland for 25 years before eventually retiring from the Yosten’s Farm. He was a lifelong resident who died on Monday in Waco. Viewing is tomorrow from 2:00-8:00 at Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home……Funeral services for Jean Jackson will be Saturday at 10:30 at the Central Church of Christ. Jean was a former longtime Hereford resident and educator……Samaritan Hospice will hold their 14th Annual Dessert Auction and Brisket Dinner on Tuesday night at 6:00. The fundraiser benefits the hospice patient assistance program and children’s funeral program.
