LOCAL: Panhandle Community Services is holding a free insurance workshop on Tuesday, November 19th, at the Deaf Smith County Library from 2:00-6:00. The workshop is geared toward uninsured individuals and families and will focus on available coverage options through the marketplace, Medicaid and CHIP for children.  ……Funeral services for Marcella Hoffman, age 96, are Saturday at 2:00 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church. Mrs. Hoffman was a lifelong area resident and was a member of the North Hereford Home Demonstration Club with 4-H for 50 years. She was also an avid community volunteer spending her time with the Red Cross, Kings Manor, Good Shepherd Thrift Shop and the Hereford Food Pantry. Visitation is Friday from 3:00-5:30 at Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home. She died on Thursday in Hereford……Funeral services for Teresa “Tere” Treviño, age 90, are today at 11:00 at San Jose Catholic Church. Tere was a longtime Hereford resident and leaves a legacy of 109 grand, great and great-great grandchildren.
