LOCAL: The Lady Whiteface Volleyball Team cruised to a three-set-win in the bi-district volleyball playoff against Midland Greenwood yesterday evening; 28-26, 25-23, and 25-22. Madi Madrigal had 23 assists for Hereford and London Baker added 15 assists and 16 kills. The Lady Herd will now face San Elizario in the area playoff round tomorrow at 4:00, at Denver City High School Gym……Former President Donald Trump was named the Presidential election winner by the Associated Press early this morning. U.S. Senator Ted Cruz also won re-election……Adrian and Vega ISD both had propositions on the ballot that failed in the unofficial election results……Deaf Smith County saw 4,300 voters take to the polls; that’s 49.11% of registered voters……Former Hereford Whiteface standout football player, Jadeion High, was awarded the Keys to the City and a special “Jadeion High Day,” at Monday night’s city commission meeting. November 4th will officially be recognized as Jadeion High Day in Hereford……The Hereford Food Pantry is in need of plastic grocery bags and empty egg cartons.
