LOCAL: White Energy in Hereford and Plainview will be receiving a $21 million payment for production. The funds are being made available through the Biofuel Producer Program, which was created as part of the CARES act. USDA is making payments to 195 biofuel production facilities……Gas prices continue to climb and set records across the state and nation. Prices jumped an average of .35 cents from Saturday to a state average of $4.81 per gallon for regular unleaded. The state average was $1.86 on this date last year. Expect prices to keep climbing due to tight supplies and the busy summer travel season……The annual DadFest Parade and Car Show will be June 17th and 18th. Organizers are offering food and game booth rentals at Dameron Park. The injuries occurred after a helicopter dropped part of a load of water on them.
