LOCAL: The Lady Whitefaces will tipoff in Borger at 6:00 against the Lady Bulldogs in 4-4A basketball tonight. The Lady Whitefaces are coming off a district win over Dumas Tuesday, while the Lady Bulldogs fell to Pampa Tuesday…….The Whitefaces will begin their district campaign after the girl’s game. The Herd is coming off a loss to Amarillo High last Friday, and Borger a loss to New Home on Wednesday. KPAN AM-FM will have live coverage of both games……The Whiteface and Lady Whiteface Wrestling Teams are in action at the South Plains Invitational tomorrow. The action begins at 9:00 at Lubbock Monterey High School……Funeral services for Elvie Campbell, age 95, will be Wednesday at 2:00 at the Central Church of Christ. Elvie was a longtime Hereford resident and homemaker. A viewing will be held on Tuesday from 3:00-8:00 at Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home. Elvie died on Tuesday in Hereford……Funeral services are pending for Michael Page, age 75. Mr. Page was a former Hereford resident and educator. He died yesterday……Funeral services for Jaki Tyler, age 68, are tomorrow at 2:00 at The Loft Church in Amarillo……OSHA issued 21 notices of unsafe working conditions to the U.S. Bureau of Land Management’s Cliffside Helium Enrichment Unit in Amarillo. This is the first time OSHA has cited unsafe conditions at a federal facility……KPAN salutes Cindy Wheeler as the Good Neighbor of the Day……Irrigation and electrical services form the pros at Ag Electric – “Doing More since ’94.”
