LOCAL: Deaf Smith County Commissioners meet in regular session on Tuesday at 9:00 for a 13-item agenda. They’ll look to approve an amended tax abatement agreement between the county and Tierra Blanco Solar, LLC. Commissioners will also look to add new road signs in the San Jose Community……The Bushland Lady Falcons will play for their 6th State Title today in Garland. The Lady Falcons will take on Gunter at 11:00 this morning. KPAN AM-FM will have live coverage of the match……Funeral services for Margarita Avila, age 55, are Tuesday at 10:00 at San Jose Catholic Church. Margarita was a longtime Hereford resident. She worked at Caviness and Merrick for a number of years. A viewing is being held on Monday from 1:00-8:00 at Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home. She died Wednesday in Amarillo……Funeral services for Tony Wilcox, age 58, will be next Tuesday the 30th at 2:00 at Frio Baptist Church. Tony was a lifelong Hereford resident. A visitation will be held on Monday, November 29th, at Parkside Chapel Funeral Directors from 5:00-7:00. Tony died yesterday in Hereford……Texas Tech hosts the Oklahoma State Cowboys in a Big XII football game today in Lubbock. KPAN AM-FM will have live coverage with pre-game beginning at 6:00. The Red Raiders football announcers have been suspended by the conference for remarks regarding the referees in last week’s win over Iowa State. The basketball announcers will be calling tonight’s game……The Dallas Cowboys travel to Kansas City tomorrow for a 3:25 kickoff against the Chiefs.
