LOCAL: Today is the deadline to get applications submitted for the Christmas Stocking Fund. The Christmas Stocking Fund has been assisting community members in need for 42 years in the form of food, clothing, utility bill assistance and medical bill assistance. Applications are available at KPAN, The Hereford Brand, Panhandle Community Services and the Hereford Food Pantry. Donations can be made to the CSF at First Bank Southwest in Hereford……The 31st Annual Festival of Trees wraps up today after a week of holiday cheer. The festival will be open until 3:00 today at the Hereford Senior Center……Funeral services for Luz Baca, age 68, are today at 2:00 at San Jose Catholic Church. Luz was a former Hereford resident, and worked as a beautician for many years. She died Sunday in Amarillo……Funeral services Jo Frost, age 73, are pending at Parkside Chapel Funeral Directors. Jo died on Wednesday……The Hereford Food Pantry is open today from 12:00-4:00 at 900 North Lee……The Bushland Lady Falcons advanced to the finals and will play for the 3A State Championship tomorrow morning at 11:00.
