They’ll host Canyon on Tuesday at the HHS tennis complex……Funeral services for Janie Mendez-Caldera, age 41, are tomorrow at 11:00 at San Jose Catholic Church. Janie was a long-time Hereford resident and 1998 HHS Graduate. A visitation is today from 10:00-8:00 at Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home. Janie died Tuesday in Amarillo……Funeral services are pending at Parkside Chapel Funeral Directors for Victoria Schmucker, age 77, a lifelong Hereford resident who died yesterday……The Texas Department of State Health Services reported 23,700 confirmed COVID-19 cases yesterday along with 408 fatalities. Amarillo officials reported 248 new cases and 193 recoveries yesterday. They also reported 22 area deaths over the past week from the coronavirus……The Junior Class Supper is at the HJH cafeteria prior to tonight’s football game with a Frito Pie plate on the menu.
