LOCAL: Deaf Smith County Commissioners meet in regular session on Tuesday at 9:00 at the courthouse. Within the 10-item agenda is the discussion and approval of conditions for re-instating the grant for the Deaf Smith County Fresh Water District……The Hereford Bass Club is holding a tournament at Ute Lake in Logan, NM tomorrow. Boats head out at 6:30 and registration cost is $25. Gloria worked for the City of Hereford and Deaf Smith County before going to Southwestern Bell Telephone until her retirement……Funeral services for Julio Pesina, age 90, are at 11:00 this morning at Parkside Chapel Funeral Directors……A cold front moves into the area on Sunday night after a day in the triple digits. There’s currently a 20% chance of showers and thunderstorms for the Hereford area. Things will cool off on Monday into the 80’s before heating back up into the triple digits Wednesday and Thursday of next week……Lady Whiteface Volleyball camp is set for June 28th-30th at the high school.
