LOCAL: The Amarillo COVID-19 dashboard has reported 183 confirmed cases in Potter and Randall counties since last Thursday. There are currently 275 active cases with an increase of 117 active cases since July 8th. The Amarillo areas ICU bed utilization rate is at 53.5% as of Thursday……Herd Golf Camp is July 19-22 at John Pitman from 5:00-7:00 each day. The camp is open to incoming 1st-9th graders and cost $40. Registration is onsite prior to Monday’s start……Funeral services for Marie Stringer, age 100, are Saturday at 10:30 at First Baptist Church. She died July 3rd……Funeral services for Gerald McCathern, age 94, are tomorrow at 2:00 at Parkside Chapel. Gerald was a long-time Hereford resident, author and original Wagonmaster of the Tractorcade to Washington D.C……Funeral services for Harold Brigance, age 68, are today at 10:00 at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Amarillo.
